In 2020 whilst on maternity leave, I took the first steps to build my therapy practice. At first, I was terrified about having to put myself ‘out there’ to market my therapy business.

Despite my high anxiety, I knew that I didn't want to go back to work full-time in my old NHS job and that I would do what it takes create the business I dreamed of to change my life..

At the time of writing this in 2024, my therapy practice has turned into the therapy practice that I had dreamed of…

My caseload is full of ideal clients who I love working with and I earn a great income from seeing clients for just 3 days per week. My flexible schedule means that I can be a present parent for my daughter whilst she needs me. Plus, I I have a schedule that allows for me to look after myself in the way that is so helpful to us therapists (plenty of yoga and lunchtime walks!). To top it off, I have had some amazing opportunities such as speaking on big stages and appearing on TV.. These things were completely out of my reach just a few years ago!

I have learnt a lot about how to market a therapy practice a long the way. I can’t wait to share this knowledge to help you build a business that will light you up and make work feel effortless and enjoyable.
